Assembly/ Filter test

First stage is to check filter upon any mechanical faults.
Having checked the filter next stage is the regeneration itself.
Filter is put into the cleaning machine and dually connected with specially designed adapters.
After that, all the cleaning procedures needed, are put to the system such as the type of the cleaning chosen from various types also the number plates of the vehicle are saved there too.

CLEANING PROCESS

Filter is put into the cleaning machine and dually connected (inlet and outlet) with specially designed adapters.
After that, all the cleaning procedures needed, are put to the system such as the type of the cleaning chosen from various types also the number plates of the vehicle are saved there too.
The machine itself detect the stage of the filter dirt by checking the flow rate and back pressure- similar way as it is run in the vehicle.
Once it is done the machine begins to clean the filter.
The Cleaning flow goes alternately to both sides of the filter, enabling the full, extremely deep regeneration.
Thanks to that designed dual cleaning, there is no need to swap the filter connection sides (inlet, outlet) in the machine, during the cleaning.
The whole cleaning process is safe and fully automatic, so there is no need for human operator’s supervision. Cleaning itself takes approximately 30 minutes.

DRYING/ FLOWRATE TEST

Once the cleaning is finished- the drying process starts automatically.
Finally the checking process of the filter flow and back pressure is run again, so that the results report can be generated.
Our solution is based on the double filtered cleaning liquid, that works in the closed circuit.
Moreover the innovative construction of the main tank with specially designed bulkhead, allows more efficiently to separate all the dirt coming out of the filter.
The tank can be cleaned in a very easy way with no need of taking it out from the machine- so using the machine is easy and user-friendly. Thanks to that designed process of cleaning our solution is exceptional and highly competitive on the market.
